FAQs

How are damaged hard surfaces repaired?

After assessing the type and size of damage along with the surface, we carefully rebuild the damaged surface, replicate colours and textures using a range of artists brushes, airbrush or spray gun to apply paints blending the repair with the surrounding area.

How long will the repair take?

Depending on the type of surface and the size of damage, repairs generally take around 90 minutes to fully complete, where there is detailing involved this can take up to 2 hours. We fully explain how long the repair will take make you make an enquiry.

Will the repair be noticeable?

We carefully colour match the repaired area and match the texture of the surface, however, it’s important to remember that light, shadows and reflections can have an impact on how noticeable the area will appear, especially on smooth flat surfaces such as baths and worktops,it is important to remember that it is a repair so it may be slightly noticeable in certain situations.

How long should I leave the repair before using the surface?

We always recommend leaving the surface of the repair untouched for 24 hours to enable it to properly cure. After this time you can use it as normal.

We advise not using abrasive cleaners, solvents or other harsh chemicals on the repaired area,we will give you guidance on how to care for your surface.
