Here are some questions that are frequently asked.

After assessing the type and size of damage along with the surface, we carefully rebuild the damaged surface,replicate colours and textures using a range of artists brushes,airbrush or spray gun to apply paints blending the repair with the surrounding area.
We are based near Norwich and provide on site hard surface repairs across Norfolk.
We use a range of materials and techniques to blend the repair with the surrounding area,however the repair may still be slightly visible if viewed at certain angles,under bright lights or if viewed close up,this is unavoidable on certain surfaces.We are more than happy to explain how a repair will turn out before any work is started,also please see our terms and conditions
Unfortunately we don’t offer a quartz or granite polishing service.
We offer 1 year guarantee on repairs subject to terms and conditions.
Unfortunately we are unable to repair cracked shower trays as the crack can soon re appear this is sometimes due to incorrect installation or movement underneath the shower tray.
We always recommend leaving the surface of the repair untouched for 24 hours to enable it to properly cure. After this time you can use it as normal.
We advise not using abrasive cleaners,solvents or other harsh chemicals on the repaired area,we will give you guidance on how to care for your surface.
